Crushing mill in Gölbaşı Mahallesi, Kale, Denizli. Main aim: crush growers’ olives and return the oil.
Place
Local press cites a large olive footprint in the mahalle — those counts are not a Karya orchard. First Karagöl olive festival: 10–11 Dec 2023. Other mills around Karagöl have had ÇED notices (2024–2025); we don’t claim to be the only one.
Crushing for growers
Call or come in season. No online booking. Intake, weigh, wash, malax, separate — recorded to your lot; oil is yours. Southern Aegean oil harvest often Oct–Dec; exact days vary.
Private label & own brand
Filling under another brand can be discussed. Crushing for growers is the core work. We do not publish a private-label menu or bottle prices. Brand stays yours; production site is stated (Codex 2017/26).
Varieties
Memecik is common in the Southern Aegean. “Aydın Memecik” PDO is Aydın-province only — Denizli milling does not carry it. Gemlik is a separate GI. Cultivar is recorded at intake.
Export
